Pied Pectinata Crossed with Banana Pectinata Iguana first ever cross breeding going to be an interesting look (includes shipping) add $25 CA

Yellow and Black Cross

Pied Pectinata X Banana Pectinata cross We’ve brought together two of the most striking iguana bloodlines:

Pied Pectinata Iguana – famous for their bold black-on-white contrast that looks painted by nature. Banana Pectinata Iguana – admired for their stunning bright yellow coloration that glows in any collection.

🌟 For the first time ever, we’ve crossed these incredible genetics! 🌟

We’re expecting never-before-seen patterns and colors: imagine bold black with yellow striping… or radiant yellow bodies with sharp black accents. The possibilities are endless, and no two babies will ever look the same.

But beauty isn’t their only strength: ✅ Smaller size compared to standard iguanas — perfect for those with limited space or northern climates ✅ Tame temperaments — known for being among the most manageable iguanas you can own ✅ One-of-a-kind lineage — you’ll be part of the very first generation of this new cross! 🚨

These babies are extremely limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone. Don’t miss your chance to own a truly unique iguana from this groundbreaking pairing!

Bakeri iguana babies 2025 hatchlings adults are stunning shades of silver, blue, or smoky gray.

Adults are stunning

Bakeri Iguanas: The Hidden Gem of the Iguana WorldIf you’re looking for a pet that’s eye-catching, manageable in size, and full of personality,

the Bakeri iguana (also called the Utila spiny-tailed iguana or “Swamper”) might just be your dream reptile. These iguanas are true showstoppers. Hatchlings begin dark and stealthy, but as they grow, they shift into shimmering shades of silver, blue, or smoky gray.

Their color even changes a bit with mood and temperature, which makes every Bakeri look unique and alive with character.Unlike their much larger green iguana cousins, Bakeris stay a comfortable size—usually around 24–36 inches for males and a bit smaller for females—making them a fantastic choice for keepers who don’t have room for a giant lizard taking over their living space.

And here’s the real kicker: with regular handling, Bakeris tame down beautifully.

They’re known for being calm, even in northern homes with less space and cooler climates (with the right heat setup, of course).

Their manageable size and relaxed personalities make them stand out in a reptile room.Diet? Simple. Give them a variety of leafy greens, veggies, and the occasional fruit. For a little treat, they’ll also accept a few insects or crabs—but the bulk of their diet should stay plant-based.

That’s a win for keepers, since it’s easy to provide and much cleaner than feeding big meaty prey.Bakeris are rare, critically endangered in the wild, and still relatively new to the pet trade. That exclusivity makes them not only a conversation piece but also a chance to help conserve a species by supporting responsible breeding. So if you’re after an iguana that’s beautiful, space-friendly, highly personable, and truly one-of-a-kind, the Bakeri is about as cool as it

About The Lewisi Cyclura Iguana  Cyclura lewisi, better known as the Grand Cayman blue iguana, are genuinely rewarding reptiles for experienced keepers who appreciate a pet with personality and brains.

Having worked with these animals, it's clear they develop remarkable bonds over time and offer a level of interaction that few reptiles can match. Why Blue Iguanas Stand Out as PetsThese iguanas are not just visually impressive—their mental sharpness is a daily surprise.

Over time, they learn your routines, recognize voices, and even seem to anticipate when it’s time to be fed or handled. With enough patience and gentle handling, many Cyclura lewisi become relaxed, approachable, and even affectionate for a lizard. Some will follow you around their enclosure, climb onto your lap, or settle in for a scratch, clearly showing trust and comfort.Unique Characteristics

Fun Facts No two Grand Cayman blue iguanas look exactly alike—their scale patterns are unique to each individual. They’re true “forever pets” for those willing to commit, with decades-long lifespans that make them companions for a significant part of your life.

Their size and vibrant blue coloration, especially vivid in healthy, well-cared-for adults, give them a presence that draws attention and admiration from everyone who visits.Their eyesight is exceptional—not just sharp, but able to detect ultraviolet light, which contributes to their overall wellbeing by helping them use their environment efficiently.

Feeding them is straightforward, with a diet focused on plant material that keeps them healthy and makes enclosure maintenance easier than many might expect.Personality—

The Main AttractionWhat really makes the blue iguana special isn’t just its looks, but its individuality. Each one develops its own way of interacting. Some are naturally more outgoing; others take longer to warm up, but, with patience, almost all become curious about people and their surroundings. They observe what’s happening and respond—sometimes looking for interaction or coming over when called.Conservation Legacy

Every Cyclura lewisi is part of a much larger story. Once critically endangered, they have made a comeback through conservation breeding. For those who keep or breed them, it feels like stewarding a piece of natural history—helping carry a species forward while enjoying a deeply engaging, intelligent companion. In summary, keeping Cyclura lewisi is a commitment, but it’s one that pays back in personality and presence.
